Catering for Special Diets and Allergies
From December 2014, new government laws stated that where food is supplied to the public, allergenic advice must be given.
We provide a list of the 14 main allergenic ingredients to all our clients and if any guests have allergies from ingredients likely to be found in our baking or party food, we will do our best to cater for them. Sometimes it is simply a case of omitting an item from the recipe, but in certain cases, it may be that we need to use alternative recipes.
We do not use nuts or peanuts in any of our recipes. However, sometimes simple foods could be overlooked. Plain crisps, for example, usually do not include any allergenic ingredients, but flavoured crisps often contain allergens such as mustard powder and celery.
